Founder and Managing Director
Jeff Kohler has more than 25 years of experience in fixed wireless and fiber optic M&A, corporate finance, and broadband operations. He founded Rise Broadband, one of the nation’s largest fiber optic and fixed wireless service providers and led over 120 acquisitions and divestitures of ISPs, infrastructure, and spectrum assets.
His experience spans public and private debt and equity financing, broadband funding programs, and regulatory strategy. Jeff is active in industry associations and a frequent speaker at broadband and telecommunications events across the country.
